2015 Member Club Information
New Member Registration Process
The easiest way to become a new member of the UGA is to sign up right from the home page at www.uga.org. In the upper left hand corner, just click “Want to Join the UGA”. Fill out the information; pick your home club; and enter payment information. It’s that simple! Once complete, you will be issued a GHIN# and emailed a digital welcome kit. You will receive your 2015 UGA membership card in the mail within 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact newmember@uga.org.
You may also create an account on the UGA website, and start posting scores, reviewing handicaps and have access to special member offers. Using your online account is also the easiest way to renew your membership in the years to come.
Establishing a USGA/UGA Handicap Index requires the member to post at least five 18-hole rounds or 10, 9-hole rounds. Official handicap revisions are issued on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Utah Golf Association membership fees are as follows:
Regular Membership Fee $32.00
Junior Membership Fee $5.00
For any member 17 years and younger
Transfer Fee $5.00
Transfer your records from one club to another
Reinstatement Fee / Late Fee $5.00
Applies to members who have not renewed by the March 31st deadline.
STEP 1: Click on the "Join the UGA" logo on uga.org
STEP 2: Make sure to check "No" if you are a first time member. If you have been a member in the past please contact the UGA at 801-563-0400 and we can look up your account.
STEP 3: Fill out the application and make sure to select you home club. Once you have paid on-line you will receive an e-mail from the UGA with your new UGA/GHIN number.
